We put our 2 story home on the market last month. We need a one story, which we were able to find pretty quickly. They accepted a contingent offer and we got our current home under contract within 2 weeks, thanks and praise to God. Our agent was recommended by a good friend. She is with Keller Williams and has live in this area for over 35 years. I can say that you were amazing helping us through our sale. This very sweet lady has been so different! We have to ask for everything. The buyers had an inspection Friday and we had to ask Alice twice if she had heard anything. It has not been as smoothe a process as when we worked with you!
